Yorkshire Pudding Recipe

Like the name says yorkshire pudding originate from yorkshire and is usually served with Roast beef, and chicken dinners. My recipe for yorkshire pudding recipe is easy to make and delious to taste, a great compliment to gravy.


You will need

To make six large yorkshire puddings

  • 150g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 150ml full fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons beef dripping or vegetable oil

How to make Yorkshire Puddings


Step One


Blend the flour, salt eggs and milk in a food processor or blender for a few miniutes until smooth. Pour the batter mix into a jug and chill in a fridge until ready to cook.


Step Two


Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mark 6) spoon the beef dripping or vegetable oil into the pudding tins and place in the ove for about 10 minutes to make the oil hot.


Step Three


Take the pudding tins out of the oven an quickly pour the batter mix into even amount s into the tin.


Step Four


Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 miniutes. Do not open the oven for the 1st 15 miniutes of cooking. Take out from the oven and serve hot
