Chicken Stir Fry with honey and ginger (noodles)

You will need
- 2 tablespoons Flora Cuisine
- 1 star anise
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 small chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 courgette, cut into thin strips
- 1 fennel cut into thin strips
- 80g bag of washed spinach
- 100ml reduced fat coconut cream
- 2.5cm (1 inch) fresh root ginger, grated
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons each honey and soy sauce
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 150g pack straight to wok noodles1 tablespoon
- coriander, chopped

How to cook Chicken Stir Fry with honey and ginger (noodles)
Step One
Heat the Flora Cuisine and sauté chicken for 2-3 minutes then add garlic, star anise, fennel, mushrooms, ginger and pepper, cook for around 10 minutes, until lightly browned and the chicken is cooked.
Step Two
Add the honey, lemon, soy and coconut and heat through.
Step three
Adjust the seasoning
Step Four
Serve with fresh coriander.
